We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Cold Caller to join the team at Lex Designs. Your main goal? Book qualified meetings with leads interested in branding, website design, or digital marketing.

This is a remote, commission-only role — ideal for someone who’s hungry, self-motivated, and knows how to turn curiosity into conversation.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Call warm and cold leads to introduce Lex Designs

  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for our sales team

  • Follow a provided call script and adapt to objections

  • Update lead notes and track activity in HubSpot CRM

  • Follow up with leads when required

✅ Requirements:

  • 1+ year of cold calling or telesales experience

  • Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Must be self-motivated and target-driven

  • Comfortable working commission-only (10% per closed deal)

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Excel (preferred but not required)

This is a flexible remote role. You’ll be supported with training, lead lists, and proven scripts — your job is to make the call.

💼 Junior SDR (Remote)

We’re looking for a Junior SDR to join our team at Lex Designs.
You’ll help fuel our growth by qualifying leads, managing outreach, and booking discovery calls with potential clients across branding, web design, and digital marketing.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify and segment leads from various sources

  • Upload & manage leads using HubSpot, Instantly.ai, and Excel

  • Handle inbound enquiries and responses from email/DMs

  • Cold call prospects to introduce our services and book meetings

  • Conduct research to identify and segment new leads

  • Keep the pipeline clean, organised, and moving

✅ Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in sales, cold outreach, or lead generation

  • Confident on calls with strong written & verbal communication

  • Familiar with HubSpot, Instantly.ai, and Excel (or quick to learn)

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable managing multiple tools and keeping track of leads

  • Social media visuals and ad creatives

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2+ years experience designing for both print & digital

  • Strong layout, typography and visual storytelling skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

  • Familiar with export formats and print-ready setup

  • Designing & building websites using WordPress + Elementor
