As a completely new mobile service, they needed a brand identity that would quickly communicate professionalism, cleanliness, and reliability to local customers — both in person and online. We partnered with them to bring their brand to life from scratch.

Fresh Outings had no existing branding or marketing materials. The challenge was to create a professional and friendly identity that would set them apart in a competitive, often overlooked industry. Everything had to be designed from the ground up — including a logo, business stationery, and marketing collateral that could help generate trust and attract early customers through word of mouth and local outreach.

We delivered our Logo Launch Package, tailored to Fresh Outings’ unique positioning as a mobile service. Starting with two logo concepts, we worked closely with the client to develop a final design that was bright, playful, and memorable — featuring a smiling washing machine mascot to bring warmth and approachability. Once the brand was locked in, we created:

  • Logo files in high-res formats, with full-colour and black-and-white versions

  • Printed business cards with a bold design and QR code for easy access to services

  • A detailed price list flyer to hand out to potential customers

  • Custom Instagram highlight icons to give their social profile a clean, branded look

The visual identity was built not only to be eye-catching, but also clear, trustworthy, and adaptable across touchpoints.
